To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Registered Architectural Specifications Writer will develop project specifications, provide technical advice throughout the design and construction process, and maintain relationships with product representatives while collaborating on large-scale, complex projects.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain project specifications for both interiors and exteriors
Provide technical advice and support to architecture teams from design through construction
Assist teams with product and system research, connecting them with manufacturers
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited Architecture school
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in specifications development
Experience with Life Sciences projects, particularly in pharmaceutical manufacturing
Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing and building codes
Proficiency in MS Teams, MS Office applications, and Bluebeam Revu
