Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations and drive revenue for the Go-To-Marketing organization using people, process, and technology.

Improve connectivity – provide communications, reporting, and systems integration.

Enhance collaboration – manage annual and project planning, execute projects, and achieve strategic objectives including lead yields and booking goals.

Elevate customer experience – use technology, automation, and training to deliver the best customer experience at every touchpoint.

Generate insights – leverage Marketing Automation, CRM data, and BI tools for actionable analytics.

Enablement – provide content and training that the GTM team needs to excel at all stages of the revenue process.

Qualifications

Math, Finance, Economics, or business degree – or extensive experience in revenue operations and enablement.

Monthly reporting and data analysis: prepare and deliver recurring monthly sales activity and deal reports, analyze trends, support leadership decision-making, and provide QBR decks.

Pipeline management: maintain pipeline integrity across all stages, validate data quality, forecast predictably, and address data inaccuracies.

Process & system documentation: develop and maintain clear documentation for business development processes and system (SFDC) configurations; create a training repository for end users.

Salesforce process optimization: evaluate and enhance Salesforce processes, implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Strategic projects and ad-hoc requests: support high-impact initiatives and deliver timely insights.

Technical expertise in Salesforce reporting, Excel, Tableau, and other analytical software.

1-3 years of proven success in go-to-market strategy and operations roles across revenue funnels.

Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to translate complex quantitative analysis into actionable insights.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and systematic problem-solving skills.

Self-starter interested in learning the industry and all relevant business units.
