From day one, you’ll be part of the crew capturing, shaping, and sharing the unbelievable things that happen to us every day. You’ll learn the Spy Ninjas production style inside and out—developing the skills to

concept, write, produce, film, and edit

the Spy Ninjas way.

What You’ll Master in Your First 3 Months
You’ll rotate through everything that brings the Spy Ninjas universe to life:

Story Development & Writing

– Script engaging narratives, challenges, and character arcs.

Production Skills

– Camera operation, lighting, sound, and set design.

Directing & Talent Management

– Collaborate with actors, creators, and on‑camera talent.

Props, Wardrobe & Art Direction

– Craft the visual world of the Spy Ninjas.

Editing & Post‑Production

– Build tension, humor, and energy in every cut.

YouTube Strategy

– Learn thumbnails, audience engagement, and optimization.
