What You’ll Do:
The Communications & Campaign Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across internal and external channels. Working under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, this role helps ensure communications are timely, accurate, consistent, and aligned with the company's strategic positioning, messaging framework, and brand standards. Serving as a central coordinator for communications and campaign execution, you will partner with executives, business development, product management, creative resources, external agencies, and corporate shared services to deliver high‑quality marketing and communications initiatives. While the initial focus is on communications execution and campaign coordination, this position is intentionally designed to grow alongside the Marketing & Communications organization as new capabilities—including marketing automation, campaign management, digital marketing, analytics, AI‑enabled workflows, and customer engagement—are introduced. Coordinate and execute internal communications that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company priorities, including:

Coordinating company newsletters

Drafting and publishing leadership announcements

Supporting employee communications initiatives

Managing intranet content

Coordinating digital signage content

Maintaining internal editorial calendars

Supporting corporate announcements

Providing communications support for company meetings, town halls, and events

Support external communications activities that strengthen the company's visibility, credibility, and reputation, including:

Drafting and coordinating press releases

Maintaining media distribution lists

Coordinating executive announcements

Supporting award submissions

Assisting with speaking engagement communications

Maintaining external communications calendars

Coordinating public relations activities with internal stakeholders and external agencies

Coordinate the ongoing management and continuous improvement of the corporate website and digital communications channels, including:

Publishing website updates

Coordinating blog content

Developing and maintaining landing pages

Applying SEO best practices

Performing website quality assurance

Coordinating with external website development partners

Monitoring website performance and analytics

Recommending opportunities for continuous improvement

Coordinate execution of the company's social media strategy across corporate channels, including:

Developing editorial calendars

Creating and publishing content

Scheduling postsi

Monitoring audience engagement

Supporting executive social media initiatives

Promoting campaigns and events

Tracking and reporting performance metrics

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple communications channels, including:

Email marketing campaigns

Campaign scheduling and coordination

Landing page creation

Advertising coordination

Event promotion

Content distribution

Sales enablement communications

Campaign performance reporting

Support implementation and ongoing operation of marketing automation capabilities, including:

Email workflows

Audience segmentation

Forms and landing pages

Lead nurturing campaigns

CRM integration support

Campaign analytics

Marketing database management

Monitor communications performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact across website analytics, campaign performance, email engagement, social media, public relations, and other marketing performance indicators

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline

Zero to three years of professional experience, including internships

Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and project coordination skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities

Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning

Experience with Microsoft 365 preferred

Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems preferred

Experience managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms preferred

Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo preferred

Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools preferred

Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and content development preferred

Experience using project management platforms such as Microsoft Planner, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools preferred

Interest in defense, aerospace, government, or technology markets preferred
