The Director of is responsible for generating incremental top -line revenue across all Reach Hospitality brands through proactive business development, strategic relationship management, and new acquisition. The position exists to create business that would not otherwise come to Reach Hospitality. Success is measured by the development of new corporate, social, and community relationships, the acquisition of new accounts, and sustained growth in self-generated revenue.

The Director of Sales serves as the company’s business developer and ambassador within the marketplace, identifying opportunities, cultivating long term partnerships, and driving measurable sales growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the overall sales strategy for Reach Hospitality’s restaurant portfolio

Develop and execute strategic sales objectives

Build initiatives for establishing a brand and corporate identity.

Create and maintain sales forecasting and budgets.

Develop business relationships with potential clients, including but not limited to Corporate Executives, Executive Assistants, Event Planners, Hotel Concierge, Property Managers, Chamber of Commerce, and Convention and Visitor Bureaus

Attend and host networking functions, trade shows, and industry events representing Reach Hospitality Brands

Establish new accounts and corporate partnerships to increase sales

Conduct regular outside sales calls and face to face prospect meetings

Build and maintain long lasting, strong relationships with guests while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

Collaborate with the marketing team for all sales and advertising needs

Utilize CRM and sales systems to document all prospect activity

Mentor Event Coordinators on best practices, sales process, and relationship management

Conduct weekly and monthly sales report detailing to present to leadership

Maintain measurable outbound sales activity, including but not limited to, Corporate Sales calls, outside sales visits, hotel and concierge visits, networking events, new accounts, generated revenue, sales presentations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or equal industry experience.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in an event sales growth role

Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and hospitality sales and automation software

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

$95,000 annual

4% commission self generated sales
