Do you have a sharp eye for design, a love for fashion, and a passion for digital marketing? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator to create digital assets and own our EDM space. This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts creative and organised, thrives in a high‑output environment, and wants to grow their career in fashion marketing.

What You’ll Do Design, create, and implement graphic content across EDMs, social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Own and manage the full EDM lifecycle – from concept and design through to execution, reporting and optimisation. Create, manage and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandon cart, post‑purchase, win‑back).

Manage and optimise email marketing performance. Contribute to the creative direction of EDMs and broader campaign content. Plan, coordinate and create cross‑channel content including SMS, push notifications, social and paid assets.

Edit video content and write copy where required. Assist in coordinating campaigns and promotions. Collaborate with the management team on digital marketing strategies and execution.

What We Are Looking For Experience in graphic design and digital marketing, ideally within fashion, eCommerce, or a fast‑paced consumer brand. Strong proficiency in Klaviyo and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign). Understanding of digital design best practices across web, social media, email, and print.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects. A proactive, hands‑on attitude – you get things done and move quickly. Strong communication skills a
