Overview
Senior Graphic Designer on Magnite’s Marketing Design team, based in either Broomfield, CO or Los Angeles, CA, working a hybrid schedule (remote Monday & Friday, in‑office Tuesday‑Thursday). You will support a wide range of high‑volume marketing, sales, and cross‑functional projects, ensuring accurate, on‑time delivery and consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pixel‑perfect visual designs (print and digital) for marketing, sales, and corporate initiatives—presentations, reports, campaigns, one‑sheets, social tiles, event collateral, and more.
- Own projects from concept through final delivery, guaranteeing quality, technical feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, marketers, and stakeholders to maintain consistency and achieve strategic objectives.
- Apply creative thinking, problem‑solving, and trend awareness to elevate the Magnite brand.
- Contribute to a small, high‑impact design team by following best practices and continually improving workflows and efficiencies.
- Manage a high volume of deliverables, including Google Slides, UI mini‑projects, event collateral, case studies, and new creative initiatives such as ad campaigns, research reports, branding materials, template development, and web pages.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional design experience in a marketing team, agency, or in‑house creative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative range, technical expertise, and solid design principles.
- Excellent eye for composition, color, and detail with the ability to proof for errors and refine work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
- Willingness to learn or proficiency in Figma, Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear concept presentation and collaboration.
- Excellent time‑management, organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- Experience with AI creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe generative features).

- Flexibility to iterate quickly, adapt to feedback, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
Salary ranges by location:
- Broomfield, CO:$80,000–$90,000
- LosAngeles, CA:$85,000–$95,000
