Customer Experience Lead — Elevate Luxury Retail

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to support the front of the house and maintain selling floor standards at our Palm Beach location. You will coach and supervise associates, ensure efficient cashiering, and drive loyalty and service behaviors to elevate the customer experience.
You will partner with the Assistant Store Director of Customer Experience to uphold brand standards, train staff, and resolve customer concerns during peak periods.
