Senior Lead Communications Consultant
This position will shape executive and internal communications that drive clarity, alignment, and engagement for Technology's 35,000 employees. You will translate business strategy and change into clear, timely messages that advance priorities and reduce risk. You will advise Technology executives and deliver measurable outcomes across channels and key moments that matter. This position is available in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY and offers a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will:
Advise Technology executives on messaging that drives alignment and business outcomes
Develop executive communication strategies that amplify leader voice across audiences
Write and edit high-impact messages, announcements, and enterprise-wide updates
Prepare executives with briefs, talking points, and rehearsals for key engagements
Identify storytelling opportunities that promote initiatives and employee engagement
Align messaging with leader teams to ensure consistency across functions and levels
Lead town halls including content, invitations, delivery, and feedback reporting
Measure communication performance metrics and optimize based on results
Partner across communications teams to align strategy, channels, and narratives
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience designing executive communication strategies for enterprise or technology functions
Experience advising senior leaders on high-profile internal communications and issues
Experience preparing executives for speeches, town halls, and enterprise events
Experience creating multi-channel content across digital, social, and internal platforms
Experience measuring communication impact using data, analytics, and reporting tools
Experience aligning messaging across complex organizations with multiple stakeholders

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
