What This Job Involves

Support the JLL Capital Markets Group (CMG) debt and equity advisory teams in marketing and closing real estate transactions ranging from $20million to $200million.
Assist Producers in managing and growing the JLL client base.
Provide production support: prepare comprehensive marketing materials, including proposals, engagement contracts and offering memorandums; draft customized property marketing materials using PowerPoint.
Schedule team correspondence, appointments and organize calendars/travel arrangements.
Manage executive CRM, outreach, client management and research; schedule meetings and events.
Research and curate client prospects via proprietary databases.
Lead and coordinate high‑value client events including dinners, corporate offsites and special events.
Qualifications

4 to 6 years of related sales, executive support, marketing or communications experience.
College degree required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills; project‑ and deadline‑focused.
Strong desire to outperform peers.
Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Claude/Anthropic is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in real estate or finance.
Experience in business development or sales in commercial real estate.
Willingness to work overtime on short notice and provide backup support to other teams.
Location & Compensation

Office setting, Irvine, California (Onsite). Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 USD per year (total target compensation). No visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
