Mediates complaints and identifies those that may require further investigation.
Maintains confidentiality and exercises independent judgment.
Plans, prioritizes, and organizes effectively; handles multiple projects while managing a large caseload.
Works well under pressure and analyzes and interprets voluminous information quickly and accurately.
Meets with the public.
Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to conduct internet-based research.
Proficiency with computer programs such as Word.
Compensation
Starting salary is $42,872.40.
