Your role ensures creative projects move from brief to delivery on schedule and without last‑minute fire drills. You’ll advance our brands, strengthen our reputation, mentor emerging talent, embed sustainability, access and social impact into every decision, and champion a culture of ambition, collaboration, recognition and belonging.
Main Responsibilities
Own and optimize the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform as the single source of truth, ensuring asset governance, metadata standards, compliance, version control and searchability.
Lead creative project intake, scoping, prioritization and timeline management for brand, e‑commerce and sales initiatives.
Manage project execution through Monday.com, overseeing resource allocation, task assignments, stakeholder communications, approvals and status reporting.
Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks and scope changes to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of creative and content initiatives.
Oversee content syndication and distribution across internal teams, retailers, marketplaces and digital channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely deployment.
Monitor digital shelf content health through audits, performance tracking and quality metrics to ensure compliance, completeness and alignment with retailer requirements.
Design and improve end‑to‑end content workflows while partnering cross‑functionally with brand, creative, e‑commerce, sales and regulatory teams to drive alignment, efficiency and execution excellence.
About You
5+ years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, creative/project management or Digital Asset Management (DAM).
Hands‑on DAM ownership, including taxonomy, metadata, governance and content lifecycle management.
Proven success managing creative production projects from brief to delivery, with responsibility for timelines, resources and stakeholder coordination.
Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Workfront), including administration/configuration preferred.
Expertise in e‑commerce and digital shelf content management, including retailer PDPs, syndication, PIM tools and digital asset workflows.
Strong ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration across brand, creative, e‑commerce, regulatory and other key stakeholders while translating complex requirements into scalable processes.
Detail‑oriented with experience building or scaling content systems in CPG, health & wellness, supplements or other regulated environments; able to balance operational rigor with fast‑paced creative execution.
Compensation
Salary range: $110,000 – $150,000. All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in company employee benefit programs.
