Lead Event Operations & Tech Team

Encore Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focusing on customer service, staff leadership, and developing the technical team. You will guide the on-site AV setup, workflow and event execution to ensure client satisfaction.
You will mentor technicians, train new hires, and partner with management to ensure operational excellence and safety protocols. This role reports to the DET, DOO, or Operations Manager.
