Please note: This is not a seasonal position. We’re looking for team members who are interested in growing with us. If you're only available temporarily (aka during the summer), this may not be the best fit.
The Studio Associate position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in the upkeep of the studio, working safety and maintaining a high performance workplace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet, assist and direct customers
Provide accurate information to guests regarding products, features, pricing, etc
Ensure shelving is well stocked, organized and pulled forward
Use the registers to handle all cash and credit card transactions properly, keeping the register neat and organized
Answer the phone in a polite and efficient manner: Our standard greeting is “Good morning/afternoon/evening, The Claypen.”
Keep the studio spotless. The cleanliness of the studio is directly dependent on our efforts. We encourage constant and regular wipe-downs even during the busiest of times. Working in a messy area significantly decreases our efficiency. Please always clean up after yourself and work as a team.

Maintain the cleanliness of our guest area. Wipe down tables, sweep and mop to keep our studio welcoming and inviting for our guests!
Lead parties in an efficient and confident manner within the timeframe of the scheduled event
Put away orders as they arrive
Maintain a clean, professional appearance
Contribute to the team atmosphere by learning from your teammates
