HireLevel is seeking a full‑time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Edwardsville, IL. This on‑site role involves driving digital presence and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Salary Range:

$50,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Assist in building and updating the company website, including the eCommerce section, ensuring a user‑friendly and visually appealing experience.
Produce compelling content for newsletters, videos, graphics, signs, and possible blog posts to engage our target audience.
Monitor and analyze website performance using web analytics tools, providing insights to optimize user experience and drive conversions.
Design marketing materials, including graphics, signs, and videos, that align with the company’s brand identity.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing, website management, and content creation.
Proficiency in web analytics tools and graphic design software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Ability to work effectively in an industrial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and video production is a plus.
