Overview

The Digital Content Developer is responsible for creating and deploying content for all digital marketing channels and social media sites for the Shelter and AmShield brands. The primary goal is to produce engaging content supporting the corporate brands and the agent distribution channel. In addition to creating and deploying digital marketing and social media content, this position serves as part of the brand protection and response team.
Responsibilities

Develop, write, edit, and proofread digital content for marketing channels and social media sites.
Create and manage graphic and video content to support marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver content that aligns with brand strategy.
Maintain brand consistency and support brand protection and response activities.
Prioritize a fast‑paced workload, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Use content management systems, internet monitoring tools, Google Analytics, and project management software to track performance.
Ensure compliance with regulations in a highly regulated industry.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or equivalent work experience.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, copy editing and proofreading skills.
Graphic development capabilities and experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Experience with video production is beneficial.
Background in content marketing, digital marketing or social media preferred.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of content management systems, internet monitoring tools, Google Analytics, and project management software.
Experience developing marketing materials in a regulated environment is desired.
