Location: Hybrid in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area – up to 3–4 days per week.
Responsibilities Develop complex advertising campaigns, including overseeing formative research activities, developing and implementing communication and marketing plans, and producing a variety of communications products for different audiences.
Strategically engage partners, coordinate the placement of paid and donated media, and provide technical assistance support.
Conduct digital and social media activities and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define goals, key messages, and target audiences.
Conduct market research and audience segmentation to inform campaign development.
Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure projects stay on track.
Analyze campaign metrics, generate reports, and optimize based on data insights.
Build and maintain relationships with public health organizations, media outlets, community groups, and influencers.
Serve as a point of contact for partners and ensure alignment across campaign goals.
Qualifications Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance – U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university.
10+ years of campaign management experience.
3+ years experience managing large (>$10‑50MM annually) programs.
Experience managing multi‑channel public health communication campaigns.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar systems, and SharePoint.
Experience with HHS and/or CDC programs, health promotion campaigns, and chronic disease marketing preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certifications a plus.
Master’s degree in communications, public health, social sciences, or associated disciplines a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities.
Excellent time‑management and multi‑tasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively and establish strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
Compensation $108,476.00 – $184,409.00 (Atlanta, GA). Pay reflects experience, skill set, certifications, and contract provisions.
