Ōnin Staffing is currently hiring Production Technicians for an industry-leading optical manufacturing facility in Obetz, Ohio! If you have manufacturing experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with room for advancement, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay Starting at $17.00/hour Available Shifts Weekday Shift Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Overtime may be required, including weekends. Weekend Shift Friday – Sunday 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

As a Production Technician, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality optical products by:
Picking and unpacking lenses and frames for customer orders
Preparing and loading lenses into production equipment
Placing received materials into the proper inventory locations
Operating manufacturing equipment while maintaining quality standards
Maintaining a clean and organized work area (6S)
Meeting daily and monthly production goals
Following all safety policies, procedures, and production schedules
Reporting production issues to management
Assisting with material movement between departments
Skills and Experience

Required: Manufacturing experience preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic Good reading, math, and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and production schedules Preferred: Previous warehouse experience is a plus
