UI and Mid-Tier Design specifications

Technical Design And Development Lead

Accountable to lead technical design and development. Responsible for converting UI and Mid-Tier Design specifications and prototypes into system design. Responsible for converting functional requirements into system design. Participate in design review with Vanguard UI Development lead and team collaboration sessions. Participate in design review with Vanguard Mid-tier Development lead and team collaboration sessions. Guide team members with troubleshooting and technical issues. Participate in Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology. Participate in design review and team collaboration sessions (TDD). Code, Unit Test, and Integration Test. Verify functionality/defect fix, determine root cause. Ask clarifications to Vanguard UI Development lead, Vanguard Mid-tier Development lead, Designers, or BSA. Raise issues/dependencies to Scrum Master or Delivery Manager. Place a 1CALL Vanguard incident quickly to expedite any environment outages.
