Talent & Workforce Development Leader

Cherokee Millwright, Inc. is seeking a Workforce Development Manager to lead programs that recruit and develop talent across the organization while maintaining bench strength.
You will partner with project managers to build candidate pipelines with trade schools and apprenticeships, design career pathways including onboarding for foremen and superintendents, and align learning initiatives with the company’s five-year plan.
