Onboarding Experience Lead: Time-to-Value & Adoption

ReferPro in Lehi, Utah is seeking an Onboarding Manager to own the customer journey from contract to first value. You will lead onboarding, training, and coaching calls, set up rewards programs and integrations, and guide customers to operate the software with confidence.
You’ll collaborate with teams to ensure repeatable, high-quality onboarding, measure time-to-launch and time-to-first-value, and hand off cleanly to Customer Success with full context.
