Executive Director, MOSAIC Center for Creativity

Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams seeks a visionary Executive Director for the Carolyn Campagna Kleefeld Center for Creativity in the Arts (MOSAIC). The ED will lead programming, manage the new center opening in Fall 2027, oversee budgets, staff, and partnerships with arts organizations.
This role requires a graduate degree, extensive arts management experience, and at least seven years of administrative leadership, with a track record in fundraising and DEIB initiatives.
