Vice President of Operations

to join our senior leadership team. We are looking for a VP that is based in

Texas, Florida or Atlanta.

Your Role as a VP of Operations:

Run a portfolio of conventional properties and motivate Regional Managers as Direct Reports

Build long‑lasting partnerships and relationships with clients and ownership groups

Represent Pegasus Residential's culture of excellence internally and externally

Create and develop lasting relationships with vendors and staff

Implement a competitive marketing strategy

Work with the owners to identify property goals and objectives

Implement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management

Work with Regional Managers on yearly operating budgets and sales/marketing plans

Effectively maximize rental income

Ensure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner

Train and motivate associates to achieve sales goals

Maintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competition

Ensure that the established policies and procedures are within the Company’s policies

Qualifications:

Must have 3 to 5 years of experience

Leads from the front

Experience with Lease Up, Luxury properties

Proven success in managing a large portfolio with multiple ownership groups (3rd party experience required)

Possess advanced bookkeeping knowledge and perform general accounting functions

Understanding of current legal responsibilities of the properties

Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Professional appearance and demeanor

Knowledge of OneSite strongly encouraged, Ops Technology required
