Strategic Federal Proposals Leader

Calibrate North is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the proposal development across the federal portfolio, reporting to the VP of Growth. You will oversee the full lifecycle and build processes, tools, and content to win new business with federal clients.
Collaborating with BD, capture, PMs, SMEs, contracts, and finance, you will ensure compliant, compelling submissions aligned with customer requirements.
