Franchise Growth & Sales Manager

Zaxby’s Franchising LLC in Atlanta seeks a Franchise Sales Manager to drive growth by recruiting new franchise partners for the brand’s expansion. You will source, qualify, and convert candidates while aligning with Zaxby’s culture and long-term franchisee expectations.
You will manage the candidate pipeline, conduct market analysis, and participate in events to generate leads. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in franchise development within QSR are required.
