Intranet Strategy & Communications Specialist

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support corporate communications goals and expand the company intranet. You will curate content, troubleshoot, train site managers and associates, and drive intranet growth with data-driven reporting for leadership.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or marketing and 2–4 years of relevant experience; intranet experience is a plus.
