Regional Sales Director Life Sciences & Launch Leader

Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Director to lead a new field sales team of Territory Business Managers in the Minneapolis area. You will translate strategy into localized regional plans and drive execution to achieve ambitious sales goals.
You will recruit, coach, and develop TBMs, using data analytics to identify opportunities and optimize territory performance while ensuring compliant customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 60% may be required.
