E‑Commerce Communications Lead, DACH & NL

TikTok is seeking an E-Commerce Communications Manager to own day-to-day communications for Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. You will partner with Shop Operations, Legal, Policy and Marketing to shape messaging and support market expansion.
You will develop audience-specific narratives, manage media relations, prepare spokespeople, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize reputational risk and amplify product moments.
