Lead Site Agent – Earthworks & Pond Installations

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Site Agent for a highways project across Winchester and Chichester on an immediate-start contract.
The role is hands-on, leading day-to-day site operations, managing compound establishment, earthworks and pond installation, and ensuring works align with programme, budget, and safety standards.
We require CSCS Black/White Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and proven site supervision experience; CPCS Appointed Person is desirable.
