Hybrid Proposal & Marketing Coordinator

LPAS Architecture + Design is seeking a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator to help develop and coordinate project proposals, marketing materials, and competitive submissions from our Sacramento or Oakland offices.
You will work with leadership and design teams to gather content, select graphics, proofread, and format proposals while meeting tight deadlines. The role includes managing a library of materials, supporting social media, website updates, and basic CRM tasks in a hybrid setting.
