1222 Creative is a Las Vegas social media, content, and PR agency working with clients across legal, wellness, food and beverage, and lifestyle. We're looking for a content creator who lives in short‑form video and can design like it's second nature.

What you'll do

Edit scroll‑stopping Reels and TikToks for a roster of clients

Spot trends early and pitch content ideas that fit each brand

Design social graphics and thumbnails that match each client's look

Keep every deliverable on‑brand as you move between different accounts

Work with our team on content calendars and shoot days

What we're looking for

Real experience editing short‑form video (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

Strong graphic design skills (Canva plus Adobe, or equivalent)

A portfolio or reel we can watch. This is required to be considered.

A feel for trends and the ability to match very different brand voices

Someone dependable who hits deadlines without hand‑holding

The details

Ongoing contract role, 1099

Around 35 hours per week

Las Vegas based, hybrid, with occasional shoot days

Start date: as soon as possible
