Soontra is looking for an experienced event videographer to film our team at GROW NY, an eCommerce conference taking place on August 19, 2026 at Center 415 in Midtown Manhattan.

We will have a booth at the event and need someone who can capture high-quality footage of:

Our team demonstrating Soontra at the booth

Attendee reactions and conversations

Product close-ups and screen demonstrations

Short founder interviews and soundbites

Candid event and networking moments

Vertical clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

General event footage for a polished recap video

Deliverables

Full-day event coverage on August 19

Organized raw footage delivered within 48 hoursOne polished 60 to 90 second event recap video

8 to 12 edited vertical social clips

Basic color correction, audio cleanup, and captions

What we’re looking for

Strong event, conference, or brand-content portfolio

Experience capturing clean audio in busy environments

Ability to film both horizontal and vertical content

Comfortable directing quick interviews and working independently

Own professional camera, audio, lighting, and stabilization equipment

Based in or able to work in New York City
