Remote D2C Growth Marketing Leader (ESOP)

Impact Photographics is seeking a proactive marketing builder to own D2C growth across Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and email. You will automate where possible, applying AI as a multiplier while maintaining brand quality and judgment in a fully remote role based in the United States.
You will lead product marketing, manage outsourced teams, and build a scalable playbook for testing and launching new product lines on D2C channels, while upholding brand consistency across all touchpoints.
