Flux is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle/Email to own how users move through the Flux journey: signup, onboarding, activation, education, retention, reactivation, and long-term engagement. This hands-on role will build the lifecycle and email engine from the ground up, partnering with growth, product, data, and customer-facing teams.
You’ll craft sharp copy for technical users, design email UX, run experiments, and ship campaigns end-to-end.
