UAM Analyst

Job Summary
We’re actively seeking a talented User Access Management (UAM) Analyst who will deliver administrative services and support across enterprise infrastructure and business‑line applications.

Work hours: 8 am to 5 pm
Education: No degree required

Responsibilities

Secure systems and data, ensuring the right people have access to the right resources at the right time.

Collaborate with end users, technologists and support staff to meet service‑level agreements while maintaining compliance and standards.

Grant and revoke user access to applications, systems, data and infrastructure based on roles, permissions and requirements.

Apply least privilege and zero‑trust principles by administering access only when needed.

Enforce security control policies and procedures related to access to protect against cyber threats and meet regulatory requirements.

Develop and automate user access management processes using tools and technologies to streamline granting and revoking access.

Monitor compliance with Enterprise Information and Security Policy and Access Management Standard through regular audits.

Implement corrective actions for identified IT security access and control policy compliance errors.

Review and update access management policies and procedures in line with policy changes.

Partner with internal business and technical teams to deliver a top‑notch user experience while upholding IAM policies.

Assist with UAM program communications and metrics to keep stakeholders, customers and IAM colleagues informed.

Qualifications

2–5 years of Information Security experience.

Knowledge of directory services, ITSM, and IAM platforms such as MS Active Directory, MS Entra ID, MS Office365, ServiceNow, CyberArk, SailPoint.

Detailed knowledge of general security practices, including Identity and Access Administration.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and data management skills.
