Overview
This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Curbex's presence throughout the DFW market. The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership to build relationships and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities throughout DFW and North Texas.
Develop relationships with municipalities, franchise groups, property owners, and local businesses.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective partners.
Manage an active sales pipeline and conduct outreach through networking, referrals, phone, email, LinkedIn, and community events.
Support strategic partnerships, municipal pilot programs, and market expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, advertising, commercial real estate, or related fields.
Required Experience: Demonstrated experience serving customers in the marketing solutions, signage, visual communications, infrastructure, or related B2B industries.
Strongly Preferred: Proven track record of establishing and leveraging relationships with municipalities, franchise organizations, property owners, and business leaders to identify opportunities, secure new business, and expand market presence.
Proven ability to generate business opportunities and build client relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, networking, and CRM management skills.
Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding markets.
First-year Objectives
Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Establish relationships with municipalities and franchise organizations.
Support municipal pilot programs and strategic growth initiatives.
Generate meetings with regional and multi-unit operators.
Contribute to the company's goal of generating over $2.5 million in annual sales opportunities.
Strengthen Curbex's market presence throughout North Texas.
