We are currently looking for a Marketing Designer who not just draws but solves business challenges through research, ideas, and effective design. We offer a remote format.
Challenges that await in this role:
Designing effective marketing funnels;
Creating user flows on target pages;
Generating hypotheses and validating them through a huge number of A/B tests;
Analyzing funnels of direct and indirect competitors;
Analyzing user behavior through internal analytics tools;
Close interaction with a strong team of designers, developers, and analysts.
What is important to us:
From 1 year of experience in the field of web design;
High-level proficiency with Figma;
Knowledge of the basics of composition, typography, and color theory;
Business-oriented—design is not for beauty, but primarily for conversion growth;
Ability to present information in a structured way (results of conducted research; presentation of concept; ideas for brainstorming);
Ability to argue your decisions;
Ability to accept constructive feedback;
Desire to develop and grow in seniority.
