Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RPGLE Developer (AS400) to join our team for a contract opportunity in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM i (AS400) application development with hands-on experience in RPGLE (Free Format), CLLE, and Embedded SQL. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting mission-critical applications while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills
Strong experience in RPGLE programming (Free Format) on IBM i (AS400).
Hands-on experience with CLLE programming.
Solid experience with Embedded SQL/SQL on IBM DB2 for i.
Good understanding of IBM i operating system, job management, libraries, and file structures.
Experience in application maintenance, enhancements, and production support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
