Key responsibilities
Deliver daily price assessments on a variety of refined fuel products for industry professionals
Write concise news summaries covering major events and global developments affecting energy trends
Provide consistent coverage of NYMEX oil futures and maintain industry relationships to enhance reporting
Required qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in basis price assessments
3-5 years of experience reporting on energy markets with a strong understanding of industry dynamics
A solid contact base in refined fuels markets, particularly in the Gulf Coast or New York Harbor regions
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity
A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to adapt to various editorial assignments
