We are looking for a talented

Social Media Manager / Content Creator

who is skilled at what they do and passionate about it. Applicants must be able to create content, including editing videos and photos to a professional level, creating graphic design through Photoshop and After Effects, and following trends on social platforms. Must be organized, especially when it comes to file structure, logging footage, and creating social media schedules. Must be motivated, self‑starting, and able to manage platforms with little supervision. Must be independent and able to take lead on projects.

Reporting & Collaboration

Reports directly to Elizabeth Vergara, Owner/CEO & Founder

Works with Social Media Team, Architectural Team, and Construction Team

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will follow the designer/project manager to various project sites, capturing high‑quality content that highlights the process, design expertise, construction process, and finished spaces. Your work will play a critical role in building our brand's online presence and engaging our audience.

Qualifications

2+ Years of Video Editing Experience

1+ Years of Photoshop/Photo editing experience

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere CC 2020 and Photoshop (After Effects preferred but not necessary)

Familiarity with Capcut and Final Cut Pro X
