We are seeking a Picture Framing & Gallery Manager to lead daily operations, support a small team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help grow the business.

About the Role
As the Picture Framing & Gallery Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, work directly with customers to design custom framing solutions, manage framing projects from start to finish, and ensure the highest standards of quality and service. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines customer service, sales, production oversight, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality craftsmanship.

Consult with customers on custom framing and design solutions.

Manage framing projects from order entry through completion and installation.

Oversee scheduling, workflow, inventory, vendor relationships, and quality control.

Maintain an organized, professional, and visually appealing showroom.

Build relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and commercial opportunities.

Identify ways to improve operations, customer experience, and profitability.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in framing, retail, gallery, design, or a related field.

Strong customer service, sales, and relationship‑building skills.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Good design sense with an eye for color, presentation, and aesthetics.

Comfortable balancing customer interactions with production oversight.

Experience in custom framing, art, interiors, or creative services preferred.

Basic computer and measuring skills; Photoshop or framing equipment experience is a plus.

Competitive compensation of $62,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
