Agent Experience & Training Lead

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our customers. This office-based role at the Ridgewood, NJ location focuses on onboarding, training, and supporting agents with Compass tools and marketing collateral.
You will manage relationships, deliver 1:1 training, and partner with Onboarding and Marketing teams on strategic enablement. Prior real estate exposure is a plus and in-person presence is required.
