Marketing Manager - Rolling Adz

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own how Rolling Adz looks, sounds, and shows up everywhere it matters.
Rolling Adz is a premium mobile out-of-home advertising company. Since 2011, we've delivered campaigns for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. We built our reputation on bold, unmissable advertising - and we're looking for someone to bring that same standard to our own brand.
This role is the creative engine behind everything we put out. You'll set the direction, guide the work, and make sure every piece is unmistakably Rolling Adz.
What you'll own:
Content direction - setting the creative vision and holding every piece to a high standard
Video production - directing our video team toward content that's intentional, not just frequent
Social media - building a presence and a posting rhythm that people genuinely want to follow
Brand cohesion - ensuring every truck, post, and asset is consistent and on-brand
This role isn't the right fit if:
You prefer detailed briefs and multiple layers of approval before taking action
