Marketing and Communications Specialist
At Towne Park, we create smiles and deliver exceptional experiences. This role supports the execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across multiple channels, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to develop marketing content, support industry relations, trade show strategy, client partnerships and events, and oversee branded materials.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Annual base pay range: $67,000 - $81,000.

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, telemedicine, basic life and AD&D, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401k retirement savings plan.

Paid Time Off: Accrues 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to 136 hours per year. Six paid holidays and up to four paid floating holidays per year.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute creative projects, ads, videos and other marketing initiatives across multimedia channels.

Write and design content for social media, thought leadership, case studies, multimedia storytelling and other deliverables.

Partner with vendors for marketing portal fulfillment, print and promotional items, brand assets.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to keep projects on time and on budget.

Ensure brand consistency and alignment with strategic priorities, tone of voice, and visual standards.

Plan and execute trade show and event strategy including registrations, logistics, branding, promotions, and related pre and post event marketing campaigns.

Project manage industry partnerships, sponsorships and client events to activate partnership assets and messaging.

Facilitate site‑level requests for signage, onboarding materials and other branded assets.

Manage invoice approvals, credit card reconciliation and track marketing, paid media and events budgets.

Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and HubSpot, provide actionable insights and recommend iterations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

3–5 years of marketing, digital marketing, or sales enablement experience with a proven record of driving growth.

Experience managing trade shows and sponsorship marketing is a plus.

Proven track record of creating multimedia content across channels for integrated marketing campaigns.

Experience working cross‑functionally to support sales teams and field operations.

Hands‑on experience with marketing, analytics, and AI‑driven tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Salesforce, ChatGPT, Jasper).

Skilled in content creation and graphic design; Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.

Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills for diverse audiences and channels.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Experience in hospitality, healthcare, or distributed service industries preferred.
