Field Brand Representative
This is a field-focused role that involves traveling to partner retail stores across Texas. The representative builds strong relationships with retail teams, drives sales performance, ensures the brand experience is consistently executed, and provides training, support, and problem‑solving assistance.
Location:
Texas – Field Position (Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth, Lubbock, and/or El Paso areas preferred.)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain 8 to 10 in‑person store visits per week with at least 75% of contracted hours spent in the field.
Submit accurate, real‑time documentation after each store visit.
Audit planogram (POG) and brand presentation standards, document and remedy deficiencies promptly.
Conduct on‑floor training sessions with partner associates, verify completion of required training modules, and keep teams current on promotions and new launches.
Establish and grow relationships with store leadership to secure prime product placement and brand advocacy.
Monitor territory and location‑level KPIs, identify underperformance, and collaborate with partners on tailored plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
Serve as the first line of support for in‑store technical or operational issues, escalating and triaging with internal support teams as needed.
Use the company‑provided mobile app to log visits, capture data, and document before‑and‑after photos of merchandising and displays.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Successful track record in field sales, merchandising, or a related role; experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer technology preferred.
Experience in account management or third‑party partnerships is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, active auto insurance, and eligibility for a motor vehicle record check.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods while setting up and auditing displays.
Comfort with mobile apps and technology for daily reporting.
Strong communication skills and an outgoing, professional, relationship‑first personality.
Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to interpret sales data and translate it into action.
