Job Overview
We are seeking a Digital Producer to join our Digital Production team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner in delivering high-quality digital experiences across a range of client ecosystems. You will develop a deep understanding of each client’s digital landscape—including websites, CRM platforms, hosting environments, email delivery tools, and third-party partners—and help ensure all deliverables are executed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners to support the development, QA, and delivery of digital assets such as websites, emails, and digital sales tools. This role requires a strong working knowledge of digital platforms and best practices, along with the ability to identify issues, guide execution, and instill confidence in clients that we understand and can support their needs. To succeed in this role, you should be detail‑oriented, technically fluent (without being a developer), and comfortable navigating complex digital ecosystems. You enjoy problem‑solving, collaborating across disciplines, and ensuring that every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of each client’s digital ecosystem, including hosting environments, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, which is our primary tool), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo), and third‑party partners.
Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to support the execution of digital deliverables, ensuring alignment with platform requirements and best practices.
QA a wide range of digital assets, including websites, emails, Veeva Approved Emails (VAE), Veeva CLM presentations, and digital media, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance (e.g., CAN‑SPAM).
Understand and differentiate between various communication types (e.g., 1:1 rep‑triggered emails, CRM batch sends, automated journeys, partner/co‑branded emails) and ensure appropriate execution for each.
Support website production by managing content updates within CMS platforms and ensuring proper implementation of key elements such as metadata, alt text, header structure (H tags), and Open Graph tags.
Build and maintain email campaigns using Stripo, a drag‑and‑drop email development platform, translating approved content and designs into production‑ready emails without requiring hands‑on HTML development.
Ensure websites are properly configured for discoverability and sharing, including XML sitemap management and coordination with tools like Google Search Console.
Collaborate with development teams by preparing and validating content updates, reviewing builds, and identifying issues prior to launch.
Maintain a working understanding of analytics and tracking frameworks (e.g., GTM), and coordinate with internal analytics or media teams to ensure proper implementation when needed.
Identify risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in execution and proactively recommend solutions or elevate as appropriate.
Build strong relationships with client‑side digital stakeholders and agency partners, serving as a trusted resource for digital execution.
The Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in digital production, digital marketing, or a related role within an agency or similar fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new digital platforms, marketing technologies, and client‑specific systems quickly.
Strong working knowledge of digital ecosystems, including websites, CMS platforms, CRM/email systems, and marketing technologies.
Experience QAing digital deliverables across channels (web, email, Veeva, media), with a sharp eye for detail and quality.
Familiarity with email best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., CAN‑SPAM).
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website best practices, including metadata, accessibility considerations, and content structure.
Working knowledge of analytics and tracking concepts (e.g., Google Tag Manager), with the ability to coordinate with specialized teams.
Comfortable working within CMS platforms to manage and update content.
Baseline understanding of HTML, CSS, and other front‑end technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and identify issues before they impact delivery.
Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on executional excellence.
