Position Overview

Interface is seeking a Global Product Category Manager, located in Atlanta, GA. The Global Product Manager, Interface MRF, will manage the global product portfolio, conduct competitive and market research, plan products, collaborate cross‑functionally on new product development, and oversee positioning.
Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in B2B product management and/or marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration with cross‑functional teams
Experience managing complex projects
Strong technical skills and understanding
Strong analytical skills
Experience creating and executing a project plan
Self‑starter with a proactive approach
Experience with international projects (a plus)
Essential Job Responsibilities

Product Management

Monitor competitive resilient portfolios, attributes, and innovations; conduct competitive product research and analysis
Monitor industry data for global and regional markets and conduct Market Mapping to identify market trends and opportunities
Monitor global industry standards and collaborate with relevant teams on compliance requirements and innovation opportunities
Develop and implement long‑term global and regional product strategies that drive growth and support strategic business objectives
Define and implement product attribute studies to support and enhance key value propositions
Partner with R&D, Product Development, Supply Chain, and/or Sustainability teams in exploration, evaluation and implementation of product and process innovations
Product Development

Initiate and manage product development projects through collaboration with Design, Product Development, R&D, Planning, Manufacturing, Field/Technical Services, Commercial, and Marketing teams
Develop a product business case defining scope, expectations, and product specific P&L
Manage the stage gate process for new product developments and innovations
Ensure definition and alignment of requirements for innovation projects
Develop product positioning, prepare and present product hand‑off to marketing, and follow through to launch ensuring commercialization plan and execution support expectations
Partner with commercial and finance leaders to develop product price positioning and business rules
Portfolio Management

Evaluate portfolio performance and identify opportunities to enhance and improve
Lead the cross‑functional product rationalization process on a regular, agreed cadence, and ensure the communications plan is executed throughout the organization
Define and deliver quarterly global and regional product portfolio reporting, analysis and dashboards
Conduct and share post‑launch product reviews to assess effectiveness and identify improvement processes
Support product and related technical questions from Commercial, Marketing and other teams
Travel Requirements

Travel estimated at 15%. Regular travel to LaGrange, GA manufacturing sites will be required. Travel may also include attendance at relevant industry tradeshows, occasional overseas team meetings, and supplier meetings as business needs require. Travel may occasionally include evenings and weekends.
