Associate Account Manager – Sprouts & Whole Foods Market (WFM)
Summary/Objective
The Associate Account Manager is responsible for supporting our Sprouts and Whole Foods Market (WFM) business. This is a remote position based in the Austin, TX area. This role manages day-to-day client needs, new item and promotional processes, and reporting for both retailers. The Associate Account Manager will report to the Account Manager.
Essential Functions
• Prepare and submit new item paperwork, including new item portal(s)
• Communicate Category Review and Seasonal deadlines & expectations, both internally and externally
• Maintain promotional workbooks, trackers, and retailer documentation.
• Manage DemandTec, promotional submissions and confirmations for both accounts.
• Coordinate monthly/bimonthly promotional photos.
• Complete WFM Portal reporting.
• Prepare monthly Sprouts scorecards.
• Provide Austin-area support, including sample delivery and coordination.
• Grow into direct management of client accounts at WFM & Sprouts
Experience
2+ years of natural products industry experience (manufacturer, broker, or retailer)

Compensation Range
$70,000 - $80,000 Annually
