Real Estate Marketing Strategist (In-Office)

Compass seeks a Marketing Advisor to shape agents’ marketing and branding from concept to execution. The role provides strategic support and project management to help agents achieve marketing goals, collaborating with stakeholders to improve the agent experience on a large scale.
The position is 100% in-office in our Los Gatos office (750 University Avenue). It requires 2–5 years of marketing experience, strong communication, and proficiency with InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite.
