About The Role We are seeking a Digital Copywriter with strong SEO fundamentals, a sharp eye for UX copy, and technical content management skills. This role is web-first, focusing on page copy, interface writing, and content operations. You should be proficient with AI tools for structured content production.

Key Responsibilities

Web & SEO Copy: Write clear, structured, conversion-focused website copy; apply on-page SEO (keyword integration, heading structure, metadata, internal linking); understand GEO principles; help clients build E-E-A-T.

Interface & UX Copy: Write labels, microcopy, CTAs, error states, and onboarding flows.

Content Operations & AI Workflow: Use AI to build custom projects, develop reusable workflows, and manage content at scale; maintain version control and accuracy.

Creative Execution: Write conversion-focused copy across digital channels; absorb brand voice quickly; self-edit rigorously.

Collaboration: Work within the Experience team alongside marketers, strategists, designers, and project managers; manage own workload and timelines.

Requirements

3 years of copywriting experience at a creative, digital, or marketing agency (mandatory).

Web-first portfolio demonstrating website copy, landing pages, and SEO-driven content with measurable results.

Real, applied SEO knowledge (on-page technical level).

Strong technical proficiency (grammar, CMS, AI workflows, spreadsheets).

Interface/UX copywriting experience.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work on short timelines without losing quality.

New England-based (hybrid role with in-office days).

Work Style

Web writer first: prioritizes structure, search, and user behavior.

Operationally capable: handles production and administrative aspects of content.

Uses AI as a tool to enhance productivity, not replace thinking.

Owns work from first draft to final polish.

Communicates clearly and maintains quality under shifting priorities.
